The upgrade to filesystem 2017.03-2.hyperbola5 requires manual intervention because an os-release symlink has been added to /etc which is a backward compatible one and it could generate conflicting file in some machines.
If the os-release file or symlink is already in place on your system (which should be the case for most people), then you can simply perform:
# rm -v /etc/os-release
# pacman -Syuu
